Liz Panagiotou

Liz has been with EBA for the last 18 years and has been the President of the company for the last 5. She has been in the insurance industry for 25 years in various positions including management and independent agent. Her background in insurance benefits has allowed her to help businesses throughout central Massachusetts meet their employee’s needs in a cost effective and fair manner.

When she is not at work, Liz is enjoying time on the golf course with her two daughters or she is coaching their softball team with the Jesse Burkett Little League or volunteering at May Street School.

Wendy Steriti

Wendy Steriti has been the Client Service Manager at EBA for the last 4 years and has been in the insurance industry for 15 years in various sales and customer service positions. She is committed to EBA’s client oriented approach to business and is dedicated to building long lasting relationships with all of her clients.

When Wendy is not at work she enjoys time with her husband and children in Dudley and cheering on the Red Sox. She also volunteers at her childrens’ school regularly as a way to give back to the community.

Nikki Panagiotou

Nikki is the newest member of the EBA team. She has taken over administrative roles in the office as the office has expanded its services. She has worked in both technical support and field services roles previously while working for Comcast Corporation for 15 years.

Nikki is a devoted and involved parent to her two lovely girls. She is the President of the PTO organization at May Street School and was the school recipient of the Thomas Jefferson Award for her service to the school in 2019. She also coaches in the Jesse Burkett Little League and shuttles her daughters to their dance competitions.
